A Year in Review: Highlights from Our 2025 Annual Meeting
Last month, we came together for our annual company event, this time in a virtual format, to reflect on the achievements and milestones of 2025 and to outline our goals for 2026. While we may not have gathered in one physical location, the sense of connection and shared purpose was just as strong.
Colleagues joined from various parts of Hungary and Switzerland. At the same time, our Miskolc office hosted a small in-person gathering, where colleagues watched the presentations together, shared conversations, and experienced the event side by side as a group.
The event focused on discussing last year’s achievements and defining our direction for the year ahead. We revisited key milestones, major project successes, and important lessons learned throughout 2025. Our teams gave a short presentation about their work, highlighting their progress, challenges, and contributions to the company’s overall development.
These presentations provided valuable insight into how our different teams collaborate and how their efforts fit into DACHS’ broader strategy and long-term vision. Even through screens, the discussions were engaging and interactive.
After the professional discussions and reflections, we also made sure not to miss out on the fun. We held a lighthearted quiz about the topics discussed in presentations and the company itself, adding an extra layer of interaction to the day.
Our colleagues brought plenty of energy and enthusiasm, making the virtual event lively and filled with friendly, spirited competition.

Golden Badger Award
The Golden Badger Award is given to team members nominated and voted for by their peers. Rudolf Argay Innovation Award
This year, we proudly presented the Rudolf Argay Innovation Award, honoring the legacy of our founder, Rudolf Argay.
This award recognizes colleagues who drive innovation at DACHS, those who bring fresh ideas, creative solutions, and forward-thinking approaches that help move our company ahead. It celebrates curiosity, courage to challenge the status quo, and the constant search for better ways of working.
Rudolf Argay, lovingly remembered as Uncle Rudi, embodied this mindset throughout his life. Even in his later years, he remained curious, open to new ideas, and eager to explore emerging developments. His wit, vision, and innovative spirit laid the foundation for DACHS as we know it today. This award carries his legacy forward by recognizing those who share that same drive to improve, evolve, and inspire.

Celebrating 10 Years at DACHS
In addition to our annual awards, we also celebrated colleagues who reached an important milestone in 2025: 10 years at DACHS. Reaching a decade with the company is a remarkable achievement and a true testament to commitment, loyalty, and long-term contribution.
We are grateful for their dedication and proud to have them as part of the DACHS journey.
Although this year’s event was held online, the spirit of unity, recognition, and forward momentum remained stronger than ever. Whether joining virtually from different regions or gathering together in Miskolc, we shared the same reflection, pride, and excitement for what lies ahead.
As we step into 2026, we do so with clarity, motivation, and confidence, ready to continue building, innovating, and supporting one another.
