How to Register?
To register for the conference, workshops, and seminars, please visit the official EMWA conference website and follow the registration instructions.
The main conference is open to EMWA members, with non-members invited to join the event when registering. Membership costs €130 per year.
It is always better to register for the conference as early as you can to save on registration fees. Regular registration is open until 2 May 2025, after which on-site registration fees will apply.
Registration includes all conference materials and attendance at events such as the opening networking event, welcome reception, freelance business forum, introduction to medical writing seminar, early morning, lunchtime, and early evening seminars, as well as lunches and coffee breaks.
For workshops and seminars there is an extra registration fee, and for workshops there are a limited number of attendees.
For those unable to attend in person, there is also the opportunity to join the Symposium, Expert Seminars, and lunch seminars remotely.
