The conference will take place at the Barceló Sants Hotel, a modern, space-inspired venue located directly above Barcelona Sants Station, offering seamless access to the city and beyond.

Registration Details
Registration is open to EMWA members (non-members can join before registering).
- Conference registration includes access to core sessions, materials, and selected events
- Workshops and themed sessions are booked separately
- Workshop fees start from €160 (foundation) to €250 (advanced)
- Themed sessions range from €100 to €200
- Accommodation is available at the Barceló Sants from €180 per night (conference rate)
Important notes:
- Full payment is required by 30 April 2026
- Cancellations are refundable (minus a€162 fee) until 20 April 2026
- EPDP credits require attendance and completion of pre- and post-workshop assignments
