Check Heading Numbering

This Check is ruleset independent, it is present by default under check-groups by ‘Heading Numbering’.

Use this OnStyle check to find paragraphs where the numbering of the heading style is manually removed or re-formatted. Once the check has been executed the result will be shown in the Check Results pane.

Fix: Fix Heading Numbering for All

Right click on the Heading Numbering group in the Check results pane and use the ‘Fix Heading Numbering for All’ fix to apply the correct heading numbering to all listed paragraphs.

Right click on a single line under Heading Numbering group in the Check results pane and use the ‘Fix Heading Numbering’ fix to apply the correct heading numbering to the paragraph.
