How Can We Help?
List Level
List Level
With this OnStyle function you can adjust the list level of one list item or multiple consecutive list items..
• Increase List Level button (right arrow): increases the level of the list (inactive when the current list level reaches the maximum level) – this function can also be invoked with the CTRL+TAB keystroke combination.
• Decrease List Level button (left arrow): decreases the level of the list (inactive when the current list level is the lowest level) – this function can also be invoked with the CTRL+SHIFT+TAB keystroke combination.
• The function will always adjust whole paragraphs, even if the selection does not cover the whole paragraph.
The function is inactive when the current paragraph is not formatted with a list style or when more paragraphs are selected with different list type or list level.
The function is inactive if there is no list style configured in the assigned RuleSet.
Maximum level of lists depends on the list styles defined in the assigned RuleSet. The highest available level is level 5.
