RuleSet
A RuleSet is a set of rules of formatting and styles: all formatting standards and style requirements that you need to apply in your documentation to meet the company standards.
A RuleSet stores parameter such as the styles to be used in the document, pre-defined table styles with caption settings, the format of Table of Content, List of Tables and List of Figures, and the default and allowed page layouts. RuleSets also store the available check groups for your document.
How RuleSets are created?
Our client provides us a Word document which contains all the required formatting and style standards such as fonts, styles and table formats. The RuleSets are created based on this sample document.
