OnStyle is an advanced Word extension tool to check and format your documentation in order to meet the predefined company or industry formatting standards.

OnStyle helps to identify the formatting elements of the document which are different from the compliant ones and assists new document creation so that it meets style and formatting requirements.

How does OnStyle work?

OnStyle stores the predefined standards in RuleSets, a collection of the required formatting standards such as fonts, styles or table formats. When a RuleSet is applied to a document, OnStyle imports the stored styles and configures the OnStyle editor functions based on the stored rules and standards. Please refer to Assign OnStyle RuleSet for more information.

The checker module of the tool identifies and lists the differences from the required standards.

Built-in fixes help you to speed up the correction of errors if you choose to use them instead of correcting the errors manually.

There are many checks you can use without assigning a RuleSet!

The editor module provides a powerful toolkit to apply standard styles and formatting rules to a newly created document or to correct your old documents.

OnStyle provides a quick and compact solution to check and fix the formatting compliance of large sized documents.
